Maria Fernanda is a lawyer from the Universidad Externado (2018), with a Postgraduate Degree in Public Law from the same University (2020) and Constitutional Law from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (2023). Maria Fernanda has more than 6 years of general experience in areas related to State Contracting and Constitutional Law, which she has developed throughout her professional practice in entities such as the Ministry of the Interior in the Internal Disciplinary Control group. She was a lawyer at the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce in the Unique Registry of Proponents and Legal Coordinator of the Directorate of Postgraduate Law at the Externado de Colombia University. 

María Fernanda has four years of specific experience at GE&A. Her specialty focuses in the development of consultancies with entities in the transportation sector, advisory and litigation in the areas of Port Law, Administrative Law and Public Policies. 

Valentina is Titulary Member of the Ibero-American Institute of Maritime Law – IIDM.
