GE&A successfully represented an oilfield equipment maintenance company in a claim for breach of a major maintenance service contract for a crude oil storage tank and the installation of a floating membrane for a naphtha storage tank, which was handled through a complex arbitration process due to the abundance of technical and documentary evidence, as well as the examination and cross-examination of witnesses. The firm obtained an arbitration award favorable to the construction and maintenance company it represented.
